People 6 judges are VIOLATING the constitution.

• They violated the 14th amendment when they gave Trump immunity from laws (all men are equal under the law, not above it).

• Allowing people to be deported to war torn Sudan without due process and this may be considered a crime against humanity.

• People being held without due process in inhumane conditions where they are dying is not constitutional and is a crime.

  • In Louisiana this week Iris Dayana Monterroso-Lemus, 5 months pregnant, & was arrested on suspicion of a civil violation. She was forced to sleep in shackles on a floor with cockroaches. She asked for and was DENIED access to reproductive healthcare then had a stillbirth. She was forced to deliver in front of prison guards under horrific circumstances. Her fiancée is a US citizen and their child would have been too. Did she not have her baby because she was denied care and were was her day in court?

  • Blatant disregard for rulings from the court to POTUS and DOJ Bondi have not led to contempt charges and follow-through by this court to uphold the rule of law. This has led almost 59,000 people to be detained without due process.

Pissed of they are violating the constitution and peoples rights here are 3 different things you can do about it.

1. Write the following entities & ask them to file a lawsuit against these judges.

• International Criminal Court (ICC)

• The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR)

• The UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC)

• Elected officials and allied democracies across Europe, Latin America, and Asia

2. You could write to Harvard and ask Judge Roberts law degree be revoked for him violating the law. You could write Yale to ask that Thomas or Alito’s law degree be revoked.

3. Each of these judges had to pass the bar and you say an oath to the constitution which they are violating so you could write their bar associations and ask for them to be disbarred.

4. You can also write to the judges themselves and let them know how their illegal actions are impacting your family. As such you have grounds to sue them personally in lower courts. Then find a good ACLU or other lawyer to file a civil suit to sue them personally. You can ask a lawyer but I think Trump can only pardon criminal cases NOT civil cases..so you may want to go that route so you can get some justice.
